We want you to be completely satisfied with Taskmatic. If you're not happy for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
Refunds are processed through our payment provider, LemonSqueezy (our Merchant of Record). To initiate a refund:
1. Email us at jimimo0611@gmail.com with your account email and reason for refund.
2. Or submit a refund request directly through LemonSqueezy's buyer portal at lemonsqueezy.com.
We will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, no refund is available for the remainder of the annual term.
We offer a free tier with limited usage. You can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid plan. No payment information is required to start your free trial.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
Refunds are not available for accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
